The annual celebration of William Shakespeare’s birthday in 2021 was always going to look different amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The joyous celebrations pre-2020 have been sorely missed by Stratford-upon-Avon locals and visitors and we hope to see a return to the usual party vibe in 2022. While the bard’s birthday was a low-key event this year, it didn’t go unmarked.
